Welcome to our website!

Operating since 1998,  the Bayside Aggregate Facility is a granite quarry strategically located adjacent to the Port under operating approvals and permits issued by the Province of New Brunswick

Since January 2021 the facility has been operating as  Carver Materials Canada Ltd and is part of the Carver Companies’ family.

Carver Companies is a family of companies consisting of ports, quarries, a fleet of tugs and barges, and heavy civil and marine construction divisions. We have 20+ years’ experience in the stone business and own and operate nine quarries throughout the United States. Carver Companies is skilled in warehousing, stevedoring, tugs, barges, and many other port related services. We have locations in New York, Massachusetts, South Carolina, Florida, and now Canada.

The Facility operators are experts in the manufacturing of aggregates with an international and local market for its products through the Bayside Marine Terminal at the Port of Bayside.

Bayside Granite produces the highest quality concrete, asphalt, armourstone and road bases.

The quarry offers the most competitive international freight rates available because the shipping lines prefer the reliability and efficiency – a 50,000 ton cargo ship can load in 24 hours – and the Port provides access to the US without violating the Jones Act (which prohibits foreign built or flagged ships from coastwise trading within the US).

We invite you to use this website to learn more about our operations in Charlotte County, New Brunswick.
